Millas nature was so beguiling that she could win over even the grumpiest, most hostile characters. Listening to their demands but making new suggestions, presenting them with evidence to the contrary and allowing them space - her tactics worked on many.
However there were a few deluded souls who still thought they were in the right. To these she stood firm, grouped her friends around her and refused to let them pass with a wall of stoney silence. And sometimes she asked the lion to show his teeth.

The zebra is a discarded toy, with coloured jewels and a ceramic lion. A glass flower is topped with a ceramic dove on a gold lustre band from a wedding cake topper. All materials are recycled, collected or found, deconstructed and reassembled to tell a new story and have a refreshed purpose.
I have also dressed them with decoupage, painted tattoos and foil leaf. She has vintage textiles and painted hooves.
