Being adored and spoiled by the entire herd was all well and good, but sometimes Molly just wanted to explore with freedom. Her inner voice of adventure was strong. She quickly learnt how to ditch the family and would slope off into the undergrowth. Although actually at least one aunt would always have her in their eye line and would entice her back with a loud whisper of lunchtime goodies, if she strayed too far.

The elephant is a discarded toy, with mini charm and cocktail elephants accompanying her. She is on top of a wooden base sitting on shaped metal golden coloured legs. All materials are recycled, collected or found, deconstructed and reassembled to tell a new story and have a refreshed purpose.
I have also dressed them with decoupage, painted tattoos and foil leaf. She has vintage textiles, glass and painted nails on her flippers.
