Molly was overwhelmed by everyone's kindness. She was on a mission to show her appreciation and prepared a huge banquet of thanks. As everyone ate and drank they felt her love and gratitude. She had dressed wildly to hide her apprehension, to give the impression she was okay. And actually, surrounded by friends, she did feel okay, calmer and she glowed brighter and brighter the more people ate.

The budgie is ceramic and perched on a ceramic candlestick base which is pn a decoupaged wooden base. They are embellished with collected feathers, textiles, jewellery, dried flower components and beads. I have also dressed them with decoupage, paint and foil leaf.
All my pieces are individual and one-off - as I only work with recycled and reclaimed objects I never know what I am going to find. If you are looking for something particular, please ask - and I'll start looking!
