Eros had experienced huge love. Big, enormous, happy, consuming love. She was small but her love made her big. It made her laugh loud. It gave her strength. It helped her deal with blows. It softened the setbacks.
Eros was aware and she knew her love was special.
If she watched others who hadn't had the love, she could sense it. She was lucky, she knew that, but also she had nurtured it too. When she witnessed a lack of love, it made her uncomfortable, it made her sad. So she would offer love in return as she knew it had great power. On occasion she was rebuffed, but mostly it was welcomed, to her joy.
When she experienced the loss, it was her love that kept her strong. It gave her acceptance, it was timeless and it was full of gratitude. Her way of going on was to nurture her love with memories. With living full. With accepting love from others who remembered her past generosities. Her love was still huge, and strong, it just had an extra wing to it. But more wings meant she could fly higher sometimes, to new places.
